Welcome to Quantum Nano Future
Quantum-Nano-Future is a Rochester, New York, start-up company rooted in the Institute of Optics, University of Rochester. Our company's mission is the commercialization of quantum- and nano- device technologies. It became a tradition at the Institute of Optics that its professors start their own small businesses. Only two of many examples are Semrock and LaserMax. Rochester is one of the best places in the world to start a business. The spirit and success of legendary George Eastman inspire many leaders of multiple companies in our area of Upstate New York. In addition, one of the founders is inspired by another very successful story - IPG Photonics Corp. (IRE Polus Group), initially based in her former Institute of Radioengineering and Electronics (IRE) of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow).
